Hello friends! I'm Hilliary

I know my name is spelled weirdly.... Ask my mom.

I love coffee, the ocean,, the sound of rain on a tin roof, and my favourite food is pasta. I am a mother of two and the owner of Waves & Wildflowers Photography. I am originally from Nova Scotia, but relocated to Northern BC in 2013. I am the smiling face you will see behind the camera during your next session or on your big day.

My love of photography started when I was just a teenager, bringing my camera along with me to school every day.

These days, you can find me lugging around my camera bag photographing gorgeous families, in-love couples, glowing pregnant women, fearless women, snuggly newborns and enthusiastic kiddos.

I would describe my style of photography as deep, rich and natural. I aim to create a timeless feel for my couples photographs. I love to photograph my clients being their most natural, authentic selves. I love candid photographs, real moments and my goal is to capture my clients' personalities and show the world their beauty.
